Service description
GAK Logistics operates as a freight broker. We arrange and coordinate the transportation of freight by connecting shippers with qualified carrier partners. We do not own or operate trucks, employ drivers, or physically transport freight. The actual transportation of goods is performed by independent carrier partners.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes provided by GAK Logistics are estimates based on the information you provide at the time of your request. Final pricing may vary based on actual shipment details, carrier availability, fuel surcharges, accessorial charges, and other factors. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by both parties.
Information accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information, including but not limited to: origin and destination details, cargo descriptions, weights, dimensions, and any hazardous materials declarations. Inaccurate information may result in revised pricing, service delays, or additional charges.
Limitation of liability
GAK Logistics acts solely as an intermediary between shippers and carriers. While we coordinate freight services with qualified partners, we are not liable for loss, damage, or delay of cargo during transportation. Carrier liability is governed by the terms of the carrier's own agreements and applicable transportation law.
Hazardous materials
If your shipment contains hazardous materials, you are responsible for providing accurate hazmat classification, UN numbers, and descriptions. Hazmat information submitted through our form is captured for human review only — we do not perform automated hazmat compliance validation.
